MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

RadarShield

The RadarShield mobile messaging service (the “Service”) is operated by RadarShield (“RadarShield”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”). These Mobile Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RadarShield.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or these Mobile Terms at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into RadarShield SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/text messages from RadarShield, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS), where permitted by law.

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Order confirmations and shipping updates

  • Account notifications

  • Customer support communications

  • Promotional offers, discounts, and marketing messages

  • Cart reminders

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Participation in the Service is completely voluntary.

Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with RadarShield.

RadarShield does not charge fees for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. You are solely responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Service at any time.

To stop receiving E-Mail messages:

  • Click the unsubscribe link (if available)

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

RadarShield is not liable for:

  • Delayed or failed message delivery

  • Errors in transmitted information

  • Actions taken or not taken based on received messages

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

SERVICES AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RadarShield services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

All RadarShield products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Accuracy or reliability

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

RadarShield does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadarShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of business

  • Service interruptions

RadarShield’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Product Use and Legal Compliance

RadarShield products are intended for lawful use only.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of radar detection equipment.

RadarShield makes no representation that its products are legal in all jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify local laws before use.

Resale Prohibition

RadarShield products are intended for personal use only.

Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial resale of RadarShield products without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

RadarShield reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized resale.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of RadarShield or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
